    Greg Kurzner began his lucrative real estate career in 1989 as an Asset Manager for the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC) after leaving the field of management consulting.  As the inventory of REO`s exploded as a result of the Savings and Loan Crisis of the late 80`s, Greg became proficient in successfully disposing of 100`s of millions of dollars of lender-owned properties with the FSLIC. Greg`s career progressed as he moved into the commercial real estate industry becoming the Vice President of Acquisitions for a local real estate developer. Following his desire to be his own boss, he chose to focus primarily on retail sales and brokerage of the single family market in Atlanta. He formed the Kurzner Group affiliated with the highly successful Re/Max Greater Atlanta franchise, and has continued to be a driving force in the Atlanta Market Place. He is also President of Atlantic Properties and has numerous other real estate interests.

     

    David Lightfritz chose a career in the home improvement business in 1986 and worked in that field until 1993. After obtaining two collegiate degrees in pre-law and finance, he was recruited by a national telecommunications wireless company. He rose rapidly through its ranks until he was ultimately transferred from Ohio to Atlanta where he was promoted to Executive Vice President and charged with the responsibility for Georgia and South Carolina territories. In 2003 he again turned his attention toward his roots in the real estate industry and became a finder associate with REITRAINsm. His natural talent and instinctive evaluation skills excelled him to our notice and subsequently to our staff. He Coaches, trains and mentors in several unique fields relating to his expertise.

     

    Bob Willey began his successful real estate career over forty (40) years ago while learning to build his first house in 1962.  After completion, sale and realizing his first profit he spent the next thirty-seven (37) years as a real estate developer and financier. His long career has included building subdivisions, single family homes, apartments, commercial and industrial facilities, and founding mortgage banking, insurance and property management services.  Like Greg and David he coaches and teaches from his expertise and the actual lessons learned from years of practical experience in the real estate industry. Beginning with the structure of a business entity, through creative financing, entities of ownership, to short sales, contract for deed, purchasing subject to or lease purchase - he possesses a wealth of professional expertise and success. From how to start with just your skills and talents to realizing the product and profits of your effort, the journey is fascinating.

     

    Other staff members within our company rotate through various training sessions depending on location and schedule constraints. Whether they be coaches, realtors, appraisers, CPA`s, attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage bankers, or contractors we make every effort to provide the most complete educational experience available.
