This program is designed for
the more experienced individual.
When searching for property for our investors, remember that we are only interested in the following type properties:
- 3 bedroom - 2 bath - 2-car garage or larger
- mid-priced homes in middle to upper middle class
neighborhoods
- we purchase these properties at 75% of market value
- we require minimum profit of $15K or 15% of the funds
expended
